You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service entirely at your own risk and must never send sensitive, confidential, or personally identifying information to a Tempemail address.

6. Message Retention and Service Availability

Mailboxes, messages, and generated addresses are temporary and may be deleted automatically at any time, including immediately after a session ends. We do not guarantee delivery, retention, storage duration, or continuous availability of the Service, and we are not responsible for any loss of messages or data.

7. No Warranty

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, WHICH — AS A FREE SERVICE — IS ZERO.
